APPROACH

I specialize in sensate focus therapy, a technique that focuses on building intimacy and connection through touch and physical sensation. This approach has been shown to be highly effective in treating a wide range of sexual issues, including anxiety disorders, addiction, and relationship issues. I am also researching the efficacy of this approach with progressive illnesses. In addition to the specific Sensate Focus protocol I work from a trauma informed, attachment framework while pulling form many therapeutic approaches and theories to tailor treatment to each unique person I have the honor of supporting. I work with individuals, couples, and all relationship constellations to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
